Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately via the website chat or email so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Some items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). Please note that returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted.
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with all returns, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging—and you must provide proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
